wel u should put concealer on first. it is made to hide your flaws then u put foundation on to balance everything out and it gives you coverageWhats the difference between concealer and foundation?
Concealer covers up blemishes, acne, redness, etc.


Foundation evens out your complexion and covers your entire face...Liquid foundation is great because it acts as foundation AND concealer at the same time...go with foundation for the bonus!! =D





P.S. For the PERFECT foundation color, match the foundation to your neck or chest color and there you go!!

concealer usually comes in a stick or a tube... its not meant to be used all over your face. just to cover acne, red spots, or in your case.. dark circles. ahaha. foundation is all over cover, like a mineral of liquid makeup
concealer concels marks, dark eye circles. foundation smothens all the lines and discoloration out.
