Does putting concealer after foundation makes your face skin looks better?

I only use foundation and powder but I was wondering if putting on concealer would make the face skin look better?Does putting concealer after foundation makes your face skin looks better?
I always apply foundation after concealer because most of it will get rubbed off if you apply first. If you apply after foundation, you can see if you really need it. I like because it covers dark under-eye circles and covers blemishes.Does putting concealer after foundation makes your face skin looks better?
Concealer is applied only to problem areas such as under eye circles and dark spots from age or acne. If you have these problems then concealer may help. However, it should be applied under foundation not over it.
I would try Bare Minerals. A friend got me to try it and I'm hooked. It makes your face look so good and air-brushy....hides a ton of unwanted visiters as well.
Just try Concealer..and keep it simple with blush and mascara..

you put it on BEFORE foundation and it makes ur skin look HEAPS better. but dont put on ur whole face. get a consealer stick and it works wonders when u put it over acne, freckles, under ur eyes and that and its easy to apply . i used it for the ball see :)

A concealer hides pores and blackheads in the skin, thus making the skin look fairer, smoother and clearer. It also alters the external layout of the face as the face seems thinner etc to the person seeing u .
